Our mission
Ever since I had started going to the gym I wanted to live a healthier lifestyle while still enjoying cake and treats without feeling guilty. At first I started baking healthy cakes for my family and friends, as I was keen on eating healthier versions of cakes because I have always had a sweet tooth.I’ve been concentrated in healthy and all natural ingredients, while taking out normal sugar from cakes and treats and replacing it with alternate natural sweetness in order to still have a similar taste as a normal cakes. Before I start baking I always calculate using numbers to make sure there is less calories and fat, but higher protein however the amount of protein varied on each treat as I knew note everyone wanted high protein desserts. My Sweet yet healthy desserts give everyone a sense of relaxation and enjoyment to treat themselves without feeling guilty and knowing that you’ve fuelling your body with natural sweetness.
